Lately, politics have consumed my life to points of obsession and unhealthiness, in which it has affected me because I let it affect me. Moreover, I blame myself for doing so. However, when writing this message, courtesy of the UltraViolet Action website, I felt a release of frustration and anger that was necessitated by this recent election and my pent up feelings that I had repressed for so long. Apparently my message will be posted on a postcard that will be sent to Speaker Ryan in five days. Well, I feel that he may not read the message, but I felt validated enough to write it. Just to mention, I am not a political expert or commentator, nor will I ever be confident to do so because I do not have the confidence and tenacity, as do those who succeed at it.
